Damian Stephens
Damian has over 16 years experience in design and design management with a focus on online creative and customer experience strategy. Damian has won numerous awards for his work including One Show, Loerie, Construction and D&AD. His work has been featured in a variety of books and magazines.
Damian has overseen numerous large-scale user experience projects for major corporations including Nedcor Investment Bank, Volkswagen, Old Mutual and Pam Golding.
Prior to Apartment, Damian was Director of User Experience at Travelstart. He was also the first ever Creative Director of Ogilvy Interactive South Africa, a division of Ogilvy he helped establish in 1999.

Anne-Sophie Leens
Anne-Sophie has over 11 years experience in graphic design with a focus on brand identity, illustration, direction and in recent years, information architecture.
Anne-Sophie has lead design on a variety of large-scale projects for Pam Golding, HSBC, Adobe, MWEB, Greater Good SA, Lloyds TSB, Black Horse, Virgin Music, Mercury, Sony Computer Entertainment.
Prior to Apartment, Anne-Sophie was a senior User Experience Designer and Studio Manager at Travelstart.
