We’ve been working flat out to get Bread and Butter by Rattex and B. Sharpa by Ben Sharpa ready for our manufacturing deadline (which is round about now). I’ve only had 2 hours sleep and I can hardly string a sentence together - but here goes anyway…
Anne-Sophie has been busy with the album artwork while I’ve been mixing and mastering the music. It’s funny how similar both processes are - the aim with both being to balance the individual elements in order to create a coherent end product.
We really put ourselves under huge pressure by releasing two albums at the same time, but it was necessary in order to guarantee that both albums come out this year. The distributor doesn’t accept submissions after October 1st.
Anyway,,, pictured above are the final audio master CDs. It’s highly nerve wracking committing music to CD because there’s no going back! A lot of work has gone into them and I’m very happy with the results so everything should be fine.
I’ll post the beautiful album artwork separately.
